Weekly Menu #2

I love menu planning and seeing other’s dinner plans! I’m weird like that 😉 As I’ve shared before, being in the kitchen is my happy place so I love finding meals that are new but I also never forget our favorites! These will link to the author’s original recipe unless it’s a family recipe and I don’t have it published yet!


Sunday: Chili
This is a family recipe from Micah’s mom and we love it. It’s “picky eater” friendly so it goes over great with everyone in the house. The little boys even gobble it up! Stay tuned for a recipe!

Monday: Tacos
I use a taco seasoning recipe that I got, once again, from Micah’s mom. She has tons of those old church cookbooks that I love to find gems in and this is one of many!

Tuesday: Thai Chicken Pizza
My sweet friend Meg of Meg’s Everyday Indulgence posted this recipe several years ago and we’ve been hooked ever since. My kids call it “Peanut Butter Pizza” so that’s usually what I call it as well but no matter what you call it it’s amazing. Make it NOW.

Wednesday: Chili & Grilled Cheese
Nothing fancy here, just leftover chili from Sunday along with some tasty grilled chese sandwiches. We like to use mild cheddar, provolone, and grated extra sharp cheddar on ours!

Friday: Homemade Pizza
I’m drooling already!

Saturday: Chicken Pot Pie Bubble Up
This will be a new recipe for us to try. I plan on using homemade pizza dough instead of the biscuits and then doubling up on the other ingredients. Hopefully it’s as delicious as it sounds!
