Weekly Menu Plan #10

I love menu planning and seeing other’s dinner plans! I’m weird like that 😉 As I’ve shared before, being in the kitchen is my happy place so I love finding meals that are new but I also never forget our favorites! These will link to the author’s original recipe unless it’s my own recipe/creation that I don’t have a link for… yet.

Sunday: Basic Drip Beef Sandwiches – I love these so much that they were even our Christmas meal one year! So simple and full of flavor. Not a surprise that it’s a Pioneer Woman recipe!

Monday: Thai Chicken Pasta – This will be a new one for us but the sauce is the same as what we use on the Thai Chicken Pizza we make so I imagine it will be delicious. There is some concern about the cabbage but I’m not worried. I also don’t mind cabbage on occasion.

Tuesday: Grilled Cheese and Tomato Rice soup – Easy peasy, lemon squeezy. I cheat and used canned tomato soup and just throw in some rice I cooked earlier in the day. Three cheeses (mild cheddar, extra sharp cheddar, and provolone) for the sandwiches. Nom.

Wednesday: Broccoli Cheddar Chicken Braid – I actually use my pizza dough recipe for this and not crescent rolls but I’ve had it both ways and both are fantastic.

Thursday: Leftovers

Friday: Homemade Pizza

Saturday: Our nephew is being baptized so we will be celebrating with family tonight!

What’s on your menu this week? Trying any new recipes?
