Weekly Menu Plan #20

I love menu planning and seeing other’s dinner plans! I’m weird like that 😉 As I’ve shared before, being in the kitchen is my happy place so I love finding meals that are new but I also never forget our favorites! These will link to the author’s original recipe unless it’s my own recipe/creation that I don’t have a link for… yet.

Sunday: Lo Mein & Pot Stickers – We haven’t had either of these in a while but especially the pot stickers. If you’ve never made your own before I HIGHLY recommend it! They are a little tedious but so worth the effort. Plus this recipe makes a big batch so you can freeze them so you are ready when the craving strikes again!

Monday: Brats & Hot Dogs – Happy 4th of July! It wouldn’t be the 4th without grilling, right? I’ve also got ingredients for pasta salad, potato salad, and ice cream sundaes.

Tuesday: Breakfast Pizza – Homemade pizza crust topped with enchilada sauce, scrambled eggs, breakfast sausage, black beans, and corn. A healthy layer of cheese brings it all together and then we top it with sour cream, avocado slices, and salsa.

Wednesday: Chicken Bacon Ranch Pasta – This isn’t really a summery meal but I’ve got all the ingredients and sometimes it’s more important to cook from the freezer/fridge/pantry! But this is a super creamy and delicious meal. I’m going to serve it with some steamed broccoli and possibly homemade breadsticks. Because carbs.

Thursday: Leftovers

Friday: Homemade Pizza & Movie Night

Saturday: Grilled Cheese (for the kids) & DATE NIGHT for Micah and me! One of my goals this month was to go on a date with Micah but we are doing an at home date since finding a sitter won’t work this month. We are picking up food, spreading out a blanket, and having an indoor picnic! Intentional time is what matters, no matter where it is 🙂
