Weekly Menu Plan #32

I love menu planning and seeing other’s dinner plans! I’m weird like that 😉 As I’ve shared before, being in the kitchen is my happy place so I love finding meals that are new but I also never forget our favorites! These will link to the author’s original recipe unless it’s my own recipe/creation that I don’t have a link for… yet.

If you need some inspiration for how to create menu plans you can read here where I go into detail about how I make a plan for our food week and here to read how I create our grocery list

Sunday: Buffalo Chicken Taquitos – These have been on my mind for ages so I’m thrilled to have them on the menu again.

Monday: Chicken & Broccoli – I love using this slow cooker recipe for a classic Chinese take-out dish. When I use chicken instead of Beef I swap the beef broth for chicken broth and all is good! I also prefer to serve it over noodles rather than rice – less mess from the kids!

Tuesday: Classic Pork Roast & Gravy – If a roast with gravy, potatoes, and carrots doesn’t scream fall I don’t know what does! I’ll probably throw in some of the 30-minute rolls I made last month during my freezer cooking spree to go along side. Yum!

Wednesday: Chicken & Dumplings – Yet another dish that begs to be eaten when the weather starts cooling off. I cut my dumplings smaller than the recipe suggests because I want them bite sized for the kids but everything else is the same.

Thursday: Leftovers

Friday: Homemade Pizza and Movie Night – you can find my pizza crust recipe here.

Saturday: Sticky Finger Wraps – We can’t get enough of these around here! Despite the fall weather we won’t say no to these delicious sweet & spicy chicken wraps. If you haven’t tried them yet you really should!
